Paul Burgess has spent the last 10+ years of his life on the front lines of the Health and Fitness industry.

As a professional trainer and Clinical Nutritionist with multiple diplomas to his name, he quickly became well-known in the International fitness world for his knowledge and expertise.

As social media began to emerge as the resource for people to find out how to train and diet, Paul quickly realised that the information being given out was, at best suspect and at worst down right dangerous.

He observed that many so called experts in the health and fitness industry were just out to make a buck selling whatever they could with little regard for the value or safety of the ‘hopes and dreams’ they were selling people.

Time after time Paul saw people following poor advice and getting nowhere faster each time. The frustration people were feeling become palpable and out of pure morality he felt he needed to do something about it.

Paul began to correlate all his years of experience and learning from his 1-2-1 clients in London, UK and from his many international online clients positioned globally across the World and put together a tried, tested, tried again, proven formula he know would help clients of all backgrounds and age’s achive their health and fitness goals.

After a decade of research and years of fine-tuning, his system finally met his ultra-high standards. He rolled out The 8 Week Booty. “I’m a firm believer that with something as difficult as adding lean muscle mass to any part of the body, enjoying success right off the bat can provide just the encouragement necessary for a person to commit long-term to healthy life decisions,” Burgess says.

“If you would have told me back when I was a beginning trainer that one day I would create a groundbreaking training and nutritional program, I wouldn’t have believed you,” Paul says. “But now that it has happened, I’m so excited to be making a positive difference in so many people’s lives.”

Paul’s current mission is to help as many people as possible by sharing his training and diet system around the world. He wants it to spread like a healthy wildfire, brining the right education and renewing life across the globe.

“I want to help people learn how to train and what to eat, so that they never have to waste another training session or meal again” Paul says. “I also want to help them develop the mindset—or willpower—to continually imprive themselves, get healthier, lose weight and live an amazing life.”
